Seaside Cove in Whitsundays Shores, Bowen, needed a promotional sales DVD and online video created to showcase the abundance of lifestyle and investment opportunities available in the estate. Located at the top of the Whitsundays between Townsville and Mackay, and only 40 minutes from Airlie Beach and the Whitsunday Island resorts, Bowen is poised to become the economic powerhouse of North Queensland. The promotional video needed to highlight this fact as well as position the area as a scenic family-orientated town driven by strong ongoing investment in mining, agriculture, aquaculture, and fishing. Riverview Estate, Emerald – Real Estate Promotional DVD
Riverview Estate in Emerald, QLD, required a promotional sales DVD and online video to highlight the estate’s brand new home & land packages with exceptional investment potential. A strong emphasis need to be placed on the strategic positioning of the estate near the growing economic base of Emerald, the jewel of Queensland’s Central Highlands. Town infrastructure, mining, and industry all featured heavily, and the video was distributed to potential investors both online and via printed promotional DVDs.
Dawsonview Estate, Moura – Real Estate Promotional DVD
With Moura almost doubling its population in the recent years, the Queensland town has already witnessed the swing in housing demand versus supply, with Moura’s positioning by the Dawson Valley coalmine only continuing to strengthen real estate value. To capitalise on the interest in the area, a promotional video showcasing new house and land packages in Dawsonview Estate, Moura, needed to be created focusing on the investment potential of the entire region. This was achieved by filming the town infrastructure and adding a voice-over outlining the features of the estate and its surrounding areas. The video was distributed both online and via DVD to drive estate sales.
